Terms of Service

Effective 2026-05-24

1. Acceptance

By installing, accessing, or using Bounce Cleaner (the “Service”), you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Bounce Cleaner provides real-time email verification for contacts in your GoHighLevel account. Verification results are written back to your account via custom fields. The Service is delivered through the GoHighLevel App Marketplace.

We are an independent third-party application. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HighLevel, Inc.

3. Account and eligibility

  • You must have an active GoHighLevel account to use the Service
  • You must provide accurate and current account information
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction

4. Fees and billing

The Service is billed through the GoHighLevel marketplace wallet system. You authorize us to charge through that system for verifications you trigger and any base monthly fees applicable to your selected plan.

  • Base subscription: charged monthly in advance
  • Per-verification fees: charged after each successful verification
  • Free trial: 250 verifications, one per GoHighLevel company, no expiration
  • Cached verifications: not billed (re-verifying the same email within 30 days is free)
  • Throttled / failed verifications: not billed

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ advance notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

You are responsible for keeping your GoHighLevel wallet funded. If your wallet has insufficient funds, verifications may fail; we are not liable for any business impact from such failures.

5. Sub-account markup and rebilling

GoHighLevel’s marketplace permits agencies to mark up our per-event prices when rebilling sub-accounts. The markup amount is configured entirely by you (the agency) inside GoHighLevel. We charge our published base rate; any difference between our rate and what your sub-account pays is your revenue and your responsibility.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Verify email addresses you do not have a legitimate business purpose to verify
  • Build, augment, or sell lists of personally identifiable information
  • Send spam, phishing emails, or any communication that violates the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, or similar regulations
  • Circumvent rate limits, billing, or other technical controls
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from the Service
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service except as permitted by the GoHighLevel marketplace rebilling system
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we detect abuse, with or without notice.

7. Data and privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that you (and not us) are the data controller for email addresses you submit, and you represent that you have a lawful basis to submit them for verification.

You agree to indemnify us for any claims arising from your unlawful processing of contact data through the Service.

8. Service availability and changes

The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (including GoHighLevel and our verification partners), and force majeure events are excluded from any availability commitments.

9. Verification accuracy

Email verification is inherently probabilistic. Even when a verification returns “valid”, an email may still bounce due to changes after the verification was performed (mailbox full, domain expired, server policy change, etc.). We do not warrant 100% accuracy of any verification result.

Use of verification results to make business decisions is at your discretion and risk. We are not liable for any deliverability outcome, sender reputation impact, or business loss resulting from reliance on a verification result.

10. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, documentation, branding, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service per these Terms. You receive no ownership rights to the Service.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF RESULTS.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100), OR (B) THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bounce Cleaner, its officers, directors, employees, and contractors from any claim, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or third-party right; (c) the email addresses you submit and your basis for processing them; or (d) any content or data you submit through the Service.

14. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app from your GoHighLevel account. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, non-payment, or any other reason at our discretion.

On termination: outstanding fees remain due; cached verification results may be retained per our Privacy Policy; sections that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS in Wilmington, Delaware, in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email to active customers at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

17. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
